By submitting the information requested to us you agree that:

(1) we may submit your application to finance companies as determined from time to time by ourselves ("Finance Company") for the purpose of obtaining the services requested, in accordance with our credit scoring procedures;

(2) we may, or the Finance Company may, make such enquiries and searches and obtain such reference about you as is considered appropriate from any person, including any credit reference agency (which will retain for its own use a record of any search made), at any time prior to or during the period of any finance agreement with you or whilst monies are owing under it, and disclose the results of those enquiries and share the information provided by you with any company from time to time forming part of the same group as Loans2Drive or the Finance Company;

(3) we may, or the Finance Company may, check your details with the fraud prevention agencies (which will retain for its own use a record of any search made) and, if you give false information or fraud is suspected, this will be recorded;

(4) we may keep information about you on our computers and that such information (whether held electronically or manually) may be disclosed to, recorded and used by:
a) other persons for the purpose of administering your account and/or our business generally and/or any licensed credit reference agency for the purposes of assisting with making credit decisions or occasionally for fraud prevention or tracing debtors, and/or any proposed assignee, transferee or chargee of our interest under any contract entered into between you and us (including their insurers and advisers);
b) us and other companies in our group or approved by us to advise you of other services or products which it is believed that you may be interested in, unless you advise us in writing that you do not wish to receive information about other services or products.
